Support Policy
General inquires for installation, configuration, and usage of NRS are free of charge and can be made by email or by phone. For hands on assistance or consulting we offer an hourly support program. To purchase hourly support, click inside the NRS administration on "Purchase/Pay as You Go". We also offer yearly support programs:
- basic support plan: Provides 1 support call a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $100 per year
- plus support plan: Provides 5 support calls a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $500 per year
- pro support plan: Provides 10 support calls a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $1,000 per year
