To purchase hourly support, click inside the NRS administration on "Purchase/Pay as You Go". We also offer yearly support programs:

• basic support plan: Provides 1 support call a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $100 per year
• plus support plan: Provides 5 support calls a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $500 per year
• pro support plan: Provides 10 support calls a month and priority updates and fixes. Cost: $1,000 per year
